Current Employee Gartner is a solid company to work for, especially if you value learning from top analysts and gaining exposure to a wide range of industries through client interactions. The learning environment is strong, though the overall value proposition isn’t quite as differentiated as it once was. Like most sales organizations, expectations are high, but success is achievable with focus and discipline. Internal systems and processes can be cumbersome, with a fair amount of manual work in spreadsheets and PowerPoint. Internal meetings are frequent, so calendars tend to fill up quickly, which can make balancing priorities a challenge.
