GTS culture has really gone done downhill over the last couple years. Organization is facing a lot of headwinds with the slow/lack there of innovation to their business model with the competition of AI and clients budget struggles. Gartner is a nice to have for many organizations , and the value prop has been diminishing over the years.

Some managers are more helpful than others. Some people do super well because all their accounts happen to be happy/or naturally have bigger budgets. If you have one or two accounts that don’t want to renew you might not hit quota.

Brilliant business model, culture, product and positioning till the advent of you know who. They should have celebrated the advent of AI like Argentina post WC, but instead treated it like any other trend and then went defensive.
