Current Employee Middle management plays the corporate game long enough to coast and collect their portion of every deal, adding little or no value to the culture and causing more internal headaches than would exist if they weren’t there at all. Org treats sellers like children. Micromanagement = leadership at Gartner. Nobody should take Gartner’s advice on how to run an effective organization. Take a long, hard look in the mirror.
