Current Employee It’s a slightly strange time to work at Gartner. Most practices are struggling with both retention and growth. It seems as though some teams are starting to panic and becoming micro managy (is that a word)? Lots of KPIs, especially for the CSM, which to me as an AE is starting to damage the experience for clients. I’m still a Gartner believer, but there needs to be some serious changes or things could get bad fast. Browse Other Reviews
