Gartner has strong brand reputation among technology executives and is growing brand among other business executives (CFO, CHRO, etc). Hardest challenge is the service is usually considered a discretionary spend and you will work hard for deals. Less investment made on professional development than years prior. Leadership varies region to region. A lot of turnover and Frontline manager role.

Best culture & incentive structure you may see in the market. Management is supportive and so are the policies. MSE-You’ll be verticalized to an industry and have 300ish accounts with maybe 40 of them viable. All accounts will be spammed with outbound over the last 5 years.
