A well run company that has a proven defined path for success. They are very big with promoting from within and you also get paid whenever your accounts renew which supplements the sometimes long sales cycles.

A lot of middle management and rules. Base pay is okay and the OTE is very attainable. The product is easy to sell but there are a lot of internal policies that can hinder you. A good place to work but not perfect.
