Great company overall, with amazing training, onboarding and support. HT MSE which is predominantly new college grads, really struggles in the new economy given the high ticket price and long term ambiguity of Gartners ROI. The compensation package is compared to others, and job promotions are typically only reserved for those who hit winners circle (club).

Gartner itself is a great company with a proven value offering to its clients. The compensation is very competitive and it’s fun when you help your clients. However, the pressure to sell at all costs diminishes the company’s reputation and disenfranchises its reps.
