It really depends on the team you’re on and the accounts you have. Product is people so the analyst alignment and exec partner assignment can be either make your job easy or a nightmare. My current manager is the reason I’m on the market but some are great. This is a high floor, low ceiling environment. Awesome if you are seeking work life balance but that’s about it. Don’t know what the AI revolution is going to do to the company long term but it’s BAD in the short term.

Great organization with a great culture, plenty of training opportunities and great market to sell to. As an SDR- the product and services are better aligned for large enterprise accounts rather than mid market. Constant change of how metrics are measured
