Highly dependent on which team you join. Being in Large enterprise offers a significantly higher base salary if you’re coming out of the SDP in addition to more reps generally hitting quota. Some teams have a historical failure rate which Is where I found myself. Be cautious of AI affecting Gartner’s business model regarding research.

Great place to work, just depends on managers. Some are really incredible. Some are the worst ever. What’s weird though is that the worst always seem to be protected.
