Overall experience has been really good. I have learned a lot and feel that I have a clear path to SMB AE. GitLab's culture is like nowhere else I have been and the product is truly something that a lot of the end users really like

They pushed me out after my father passed away. After working there for over 3 years. Leadership was evil. Not sure if that’s changed or not.

Not what it used to be, but still okay. EMEA has kind of turned into a RedHat subsidiary, with most of the leadership coming from there. The product seems a bit stranded and is losing momentum.
