Awful place if you're in sales, in lead gen or AE. AEs average around 15% close rate, with deals around 3-4k. Vp of sales is incompetent and has no idea what he's doing. There was so many waves of layoffs and people leaving due to micromanaging, no career or promotional path, horrible compensation and commission structure constantly changing, SOPs frequently changing. If you start as an sdr here, you're very likely to leave this place as one. VP blantely says he prefers external AE hires and always hires past colleagues or cacausion golf-looking bros. Work here if you absolutely need a paycheck or if you want this job to be your side hustle. This is no hate, this place just blows. Be warned.

Great product with low market presence. Low inbound lead flow and super saturated market makes it difficult to hit quota. Comp structure is also more complicated that it needs to be and has caused churn. Overall I have faith in the product but leadership needs to make major marketing changes and listen to their AEs

Great product in a highly competitive industry, however, quota attainment has been very difficult achieve with low flow of quality leads.
