This is a high pressure company/role, and not in a good way. Leadership expects the highest level of performance in every category (prospecting quality of messaging + high activity level, discovery, demo, pilot, forecasting, CRM hygiene, etc etc etc), at all times, and there if even one category falls behind for even a week, you'll be slapped on the wrist. Gong is a great company. I enjoy the people I work with, it’s far from a toxic workplace, leadership is there to help; everyone is very supportive. I work in the SF office, it’s beautiful, we get free lunch, snacks, travel stipend, and the joy of selling an awesome product. I wish the comp was higher for SDR’s.
