Gong is a great company. I enjoy the people I work with, it’s far from a toxic workplace, leadership is there to help; everyone is very supportive. I work in the SF office, it’s beautiful, we get free lunch, snacks, travel stipend, and the joy of selling an awesome product. I wish the comp was higher for SDR’s. There’s a base pay of $62.5k with OTE of 90k. There have been a lot of changes to territories, books of business changes, and how quota is achieved. Thats made the job harder. Overall great company to work for.
