Current Employee Gong is on fire right now and a really fun place to be. New hire comp plans are difficult to hit, and comp is slightly low compared to similar roles on the market. In general, it balances out with a non-toxic culture and fun product to sell, but it's challenging to make your OTE. Current Employee Freaking love working at Gong! Highly recommend to anyone interested
