Current Employee2.6Jul 7, 2025The team are great and helpful. Onboarding was pretty poor majority of the recent new hires do not feel set up by the time they go live. The management are helpful and want us to do well. Promotions do happen internally which is great. We are starting to see more and more extensions to probation periods though.

Upmarket motions have not been as successful as downmarket but that continues to change as the enterprise space sees a lot of success. OTE is typically at or slightly lower than similar orgs but attainment and W2 seems to be higher.
