Former Employee Great product. Sharp tech. But if you're expecting a fair fight, think again.
This place runs like a frat house with KPIs—if you’re not part of the “OG” club, good luck getting a decent book. The tenured reps ride inflated pipelines and a steady stream of current customers, while the rest are left to fight over scraps in overworked territories. Sales Ops calls the shots, and surprise: they always seem to side with legacy reps and managers. Meritocracy? Not here.
Mid-market is a graveyard. Leadership talks a big game but pours all their resources into commercial and enterprise. Meanwhile, they’re hiring reps like it's a clearance sale—without the accounts to support them. The math just doesn’t work.
Expect high expectations, low support. Leaders want enterprise results from ghost-town books, and you’ll be living under a microscope while self-sourcing 99% of your pipeline. Inbounds? Unicorns are more common.
