Good money - L5 who made 375k in 2022, 515k in 2023, 360k in 2024 and tracking to cap commission at 1M~ in 2025. Good products. Good name. Abysmal culture. Sucks your soul. Zero upward mobility - top performer among higher level peers and impossible to get promoted a level - don’t even think about being promoted to a higher position because it simply doesn’t happen.

Great. Google has become more corporate over time, and pretty political when you want to climb the career latter, but the DNA of its core is absolutely intact and the products are fantastic. For my taste not performance-driven enough; non-performance is accepted as long as you are "googley"
