Good work-life balance. Comp is good but the incentive structure is weird this year since they split new/existing business to be managed by different teams.

The company as a whole is great. Massive support if asked from experts all over the world. Dutch office at the time had a lot of politics. Confident that the new country leader for Cloud now will create a positive vibe.
