Lack of systems and process. Low alignment from top to bottom. Poor communication between departments and teams. Poor vision and strategy setting from CEO to field employees. Leadership has poor proficiency in business acumen and B2B engagements. Incentives in place create behaviours that are detrimental to scaling effectively. Data is unorganised, multiple systems with various sources of truth. Doubles up workloads for no material benefit.

In previous years, everyone was hitting quota but this last year has been difficult as the quota was elevated significantly higher probably due to most of the sellers meeting their goals and maximizing earnings via accelerators.
