Grafana is not a place to go if you expect to move up the foodchain or be promoted quickly. Grafana has been hiring from the outside nonstop and constantly passing current employees over for growth or promotion opportunities. Change is near constant and they don't give solutions enough training or time to be successful because they're onto the new thing. That being said its an amazing company, growing rapidly, and a truly unmatched product. Great benefits. Great recognizable name. Great people.

SDRs are 95%+ outbound-focused. Unique as an OSS company in that we have some insight into which companies are using our free product, which leads to interesting challenges of our OSS being a competitor of our commercial products.
