Current Employee SDRs are 95%+ outbound-focused. Unique as an OSS company in that we have some insight into which companies are using our free product, which leads to interesting challenges of our OSS being a competitor of our commercial products. SDR is going through an evolution and increased segmentation..baby steps in the right direction. Increasing emphasis on internal mobility and creating career paths for SDRs, which is great.
