Not great - micromanagement culture. Insanely tied to the sales process they make you walk from deals if customers do not adhere to a very inflexible playbook. Low trust environment. Would not recommend - top sellers will have a hard time here

SDRs are 95%+ outbound-focused. Unique as an OSS company in that we have some insight into which companies are using our free product, which leads to interesting challenges of our OSS being a competitor of our commercial products.
