Good product, strong demand for it in the market. World is leaning towards OSS core solutions. Good sales culture, fast paced but no assholes. Heavily MEDDPICC/CoM oriented, becoming a lot more process driven to drive predictability in forecasting. OSS roots are a tailwind. People know and like the product. Cloud prod has a lot more so current push us to land cloud accounts and grow them. But OSS roots are also the biggest competition; unsophisticated customers jut want the core products so messaging needs to improve and make virtues of cloud offering better. RSU grants are paltry.

SDRs are 95%+ outbound-focused. Unique as an OSS company in that we have some insight into which companies are using our free product, which leads to interesting challenges of our OSS being a competitor of our commercial products.
