I love this job. The culture is incredible, the product basically sells itself, and the work-life balance is fantastic. No micromanagers, fully remote (and will never have you return to office) and you basically get to make your own schedule. Hitting quota is practically impossible, but the base pay is high enough that it’s not a super big deal imo. Young crowd and everyone is always happy to help.

The quota is fairly attainable, but due to some processes currently in place for receiving extra leads, it can lead to an uneven distribution of these leads.
