Great if you pass the "vibe" and want to get into tech. If you are interested in actually grinding and working your ass off to achieve a number to get paid this role is not for you. The least productive reps get promoted and those of us who tried harder were left in the dust becasue of brutal conversion metrics. This was an inbound role so if you took less calls and did less work your numbers were always better.

My overall experience was on sudden layoffs were not. But over would recommend this company for career growth. The leadership is great they are helpful and feels like they truly want you to win. Make sure you speak up for your self no one else will
