Good core products. Sales leadership has consistently changed and the current president is shifting the culture to be sales focused over product led. Shift in a bottom up OSS to a top down platform GTM is underway so message and pricing changing doesn’t help on renewals or net new.

Great organization with an incredible market opportunity. Senior leadership showed their immaturity by dramatically over hiring in 2022 only to conduct several layoffs in 2023 that eliminated approx. 10% of the workforce. Just don't. The comp plan keeps getting worse and worse. The culture is abysmal. Lots of Managers, no Leaders The company nickels and dimes you to death
