Working at HashiCorp as a Commercial Account Manager was a rewarding experience. The company fostered a collaborative, remote-friendly culture but I missed having strong support for professional growth and success. The leadership were very hands off with providing solutions to assist with the products that were regularly changing features/functionality and pricing in ways that upset the market—like Terraform and Vault. The role provided exposure to innovative customers and complex sales cycles.
