Very little professional development, sales roles are a revolving door. The majority of the team never meets quota but instead of examining what structural issues exist in th company, they just fire and rehire and hope it'll be better next time without putting any effort into actually improving anyone's sales skills.

Wasn’t very good. No room for upward mobility - lack of training and development for reps and terrible work place culture. Everyone is replaceable.
