Former Employee Completely disorganized and feels like there is always something shady going on with upper management. You also work closely with India since that where 90% of the employees are based out of, which means you will have awkward meeting times and half the time your Sales Engineer is some sort of new grad with barely any experience/training. Quota is a joke as it’s so high no one comes near to hitting it at both the AE and SDR level. Only benefit I found from working there was the pay was competitive at the SDR level.
