I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere - HighRadius seems lost at best as a sales organization. Little investment is made into training you, very few people are hitting quota, and there’s a lot of attrition. The org is constantly changing KPIs so you can never get into a rhythm or really have a sense of where you stand against your metrics. Tons of people being placed on PIPs since they introduced their algorithmic performance reviews.

Good Products with great Enterprise Clients but the Management is Pathetic. Hire and Fire system is there.

Compensation is still good compared to industry average, quota is attainable and exceedable. CRM hygiene is horrendous and definitely affects workflow, if you're able to filter stay organized you will be good. Metrics and KPIs change on a quarterly basis and sometimes even a monthly basis.
