Current HubSpotters, how does it feel to be one of Time Magazine's 2025 best mid-sized businesses to work for?

Must not be talking about sales. I can see if you’re in a woke department like marketing you could be having the time of your life but less than 15% of people are hitting quota (that includes ramping and ramped reps). Do yourself a favor and don’t work here.

I saw that and couldn’t believe it. I’ll echo the sentiment of another user who wrote that it might be a great place to work if you’re not in sales. 
Super high churn for sales reps and low attainment. I’d avoid this place if you’re looking for a stable company to grow as a seller.

They have churned 40% of their sales team across all segments over the last three years each year. That isn't a top place to work.

Outside sales or if youre a sales in ramp you might agree with that.

The sales organization is a disaster, leadership is lackluster, quotas are beyond challenging to outright ridiculous, qls are non existent, monthly quota is a travesti.

The money (not even that good) is not worth the mental strai

Canadian SMB team has 90% of reps over 100% quota. Granted 90% of those reps are on Ramp. Sales Churn is crazy -- they take the 12 month generous ramp and then go somewhere else. Quota at full ramp is too high. SMB has pretty much the same quota as MM and Corp in Canada.

According to all these answers, working here apparently sucks. That said I love it here and am over 200% attainment for the year so far.
