Excellent ramp quota for new hires. This ramp quota ensures you still get paid your OTE every month with a very generous quota. Benefits are absolutely incredible, both ESPP and RSU's are offered. Promotions every year and an annual companywide week of rest.

I love the product and the company has some great perks, but the sales org is run into the ground. We have very high targets on a monthly basis. Being in SMB the average deal sizes are small, so on average we have to close 12-15 deal a month to hit quota. Based on waterfall reports when I left, it seemed that more than 50% of Mid Market was on PIP or close to it. Changes were being rapidly implemented without seeing the impact of those changes and how they would impact average deal size and cycle length (examples: changing clawback policy, changing pricing/seat model).
