They try really hard to make employees safe and heard. However, that does put strain on leaders. They prioritize inclusivity over results and it makes the teams and managers suffer. They tried too hard to be the employer that everyone wanted to work for. But we the numbers started to slip for the first time ever, they had to make layoffs and it was very sudden and with little details. This caused a lot of confusion and lead to FUD.

What a joke lol terrible management, no lead flow, you are a glorified BDR and middle management has no idea what they are doing and track every little breath you take.
