I’ve been at HubSpot for a long time and the company has changed a lot, especially the last couple of years. 2024 in particular was a really tough year for the company but the product strategy changes as well as improvements to compensation have both been welcome adjustments in 2025.

I was an ISC (inbound success coach). It's the role before you become a BDR and you handle inbound chats and calls (mainly chats). It's a combination of tech support for free users, gatekeeper and prequalifying prospects and booking meetings. There is no commission - only base salary.
