They have lost their soul a little bit. Treating SMB + MM like a call center vs sales professionals and PIPs are being handed out like candy. The product is still great, I think the intention of the leadership is still good, but they are forgoing the culture that the consistently speak of for the sake of growth at all costs. If you can get a corporate (enterprise) AE role then I would recommend that but stay far away from SMB or MM for the time,

Sales reps are set up to fail. 100% outbound and must find all leads. Reps are constantly fighting with each other over leads due to poor TAM. Average sale size of $300 and On a good month 25% attainment. Yet the quota is constantly increasing.
