Current Employee I used to love working with HubSpot but lately we have hired more and more senior leadership from SF and are losing our values and culture. There is a lot of learning and downtime without quota relief currently and a lot of unnecessary change. Colleagues come and go consistently and I find myself training in new stuff for the past 1.5 years which is very draining and unrewarding. But overall HubSpot is a great product that is relatively easy to sell once you understand it and there are also many attractive incentives going throughout the year. It's a good place when you are a top performer.
