Current Employee During the interview process I was told attainment was 67%. They didn't explain that at any time 50% of the team is on ramp which skews that metric. Attainment for fully ramped reps in MM is less than 30%.
I was also told that quota was 60/40 outbound to inbound. It's really more like 90/10. Ironic that we sell "inbound marketing" but it's virtually non-existent for reps.
