Great culture at hubspot and the product has a strong market fit. The work life balance is good even if the compensation is a little less competitive to other orgs. Overall my experience with Hubspot has been great and recommend it over any other SaaS company I’ve worked at.

I’ve spent over 6 years at the HubSpot, the first 5.5 were incredible, but leadership has turned over the last few years and it feels more corporate than it ever has. I loved growing up here in a sense, but the “old” HubSpot is gone.
