Current Employee HubSpot has been a fantastic place to work and build my Sales career. Leadership has heard many of the common gripes in terms of capacity management and is actively changing that process to help make a more equitable process.
IF you're willing to put in the extra hours, you can succeed at full quota. If you treat it like a 9-5, you will likely struggle having some good months and some bad months constantly on a roller coaster.
4 years in and hope to have another 4+. Its the best product on the market, they treat us well and are always innovating. Best group of people ive ever worked with.
