Great company but old guard is resisting change and stunting growth of Corp segment. Discussions of change are happening but there is a fear of losing tenured reps by shaking things up too much. New reps have an extremely difficult ramp that is based highly on luck - something that is widely acknowledged by reps, managers, and leaders.

Your experience will depend a LOT on the region and manager. Some regions are oversaturated, with little opportunities to hit quota. Great products and company is very transparent on the metrics and why you are being promoted: MRR!. Very challenging and hard because there are a lot, a lot, of reps but eventually we have to admit that some are doing very good and getting promoted.
