On the surface, the company offers a strong culture and a well-regarded product, but those considering a role in sales should proceed with clear eyes. The sales org runs hot. Fast-paced, high-pressure, and increasingly unforgiving. Quotas escalate 2x a year, even as demand plummets and outbound efforts become more exhaustive. Tenured reps often find themselves promoted up or pushed out (mostly pushed out), with much of the sales momentum reliant on ramping headcount rather than sustainable growth. If you're exploring this opportunity, know that it’s a place where you’ll need grit, resilience, and a bit of luck just to stay in the game, let alone get ahead. It’s not without upside, but expect to be running full throttle from day one.
