Former Employee Hilarious and like clock-work, every time a real and not so great review comes on here, it is immediately followed by 2 or 3 one sentence "HubSpot is the greatest company ever" reviews. Clearly this is someone internally who has been tasked with combatting how bad it is.
Do not be fooled, this company while probably once a great place to work several years ago, is now a corrupt chop shop that will churn and burn reps. Maybe 20% of your segment will hit full quota on ready to buy leads being fed to them, once you are off ramp, its over for most reps and HubSpot knows this. Good luck with the clawback policy too, that $1k deal you sold earlier this year decides to stop paying, that's coming off your current month ATTAINMENT not just out of your commission.
