I absolutely love this role—it’s opened doors and made things possible I never expected. The challenges keep me on my toes, but the rewards for hard work make it worth every bit of effort. Some operational things could definitely be improved, but overall, I’ll stay here as long as I can!

It has been terrible working here. I have honestly never worked harder for less money. After two years, I still barely have good fit accounts in my name. I never get rotated leads that have any intent beyond buying the starter tier of the platform. Great place to be a BDR, targets are doable and gives you time to learn about the product and the AE role. Not much pressure but still need to hit quotas monthly to stay out of trouble. Compensation is very good for the role and the culture in the BDR org is incredible.
