Current Employee It has been terrible working here. I have honestly never worked harder for less money.
After two years, I still barely have good fit accounts in my name.
I never get rotated leads that have any intent beyond buying the starter tier of the platform.
Sales will always have an element of luck, but here at HubSpot that element is larger than other roles that are available.
The monthly quotas continue to go up with a smaller and smaller percentage of reps hitting. A lot of really high quality reps are constantly on and off pips and moments away from cutting lose and leaving.
