First 1-12 months all new AE's are on ramp quota, which allows you to succeed in the early phases. However, targets are increasing whislt territories are decreasing. Consistent inflow of new AE's to replace those who were unable to succeed at HubSpot.

Product is still legit but leadership has changed for the worst. Everyone is micro managed and sooo many people are on coaching plans, it's wild. They have a very generous parental leave for moms and dads (16 weeks paid) but do a terrible job at supporting reps when they come back from leave.....many get PIP'ed shortly after they return from parental leave.
