Current Employee Great company, product, and work environment. WAY over hired though. There are 2 territories, East & West. Each territory has about 180 - 200 reps.
Everyone has the same list of accounts to pull from, it’s your job to find the best ones & put them into your name. The only problem? You have about 200 people looking for the same thing which causes friction amongst peers.
There’s not enough out there for everyone to eat, some people will drown and the companies okay with that. Peers aren’t willing to help because they see you as competition & the more they help you out, the more food comes off of their plate.
It sounded like more money on paper leaving my last job for this one, but quota attainment for fully ramped reps is about 20-22% right now.
