Current Employee Great culture and environment, everyone wants to see you win! The training is pretty good, but a growth mindset is needed to really take advantage of it. It almost is like getting throw n in the deep end, but with time, shows that it works with the right people in seats.
Being a global company, the transparency throughout the organization is remarkable.
The pay is a little bit on the lower end from what I have seen, but there is potential to promote within the first 2 years if you are an over performer. Lot of growth potential, but easy to get lost in the numbers of such a big organization.
Overall great experience so far with HubSpot!
