Stay clear of this place. Nothing but micromanagement even if you’re a performer. Directors and VP have no idea what they’re doing now that lead flow has dried up. All they do is lie through their teeth and tell you things are amazing. They’ll tell the org and candidates that half of us hit quota but the truth is all of those people are on ramp.
