Current Employee Management needs some serious managerial training. Most of them were successful reps and promoted, but it does not make them good managers. I have never been so micromanaged in my life and there is little to no collaboration. It could be that I have a bad manager, but we also have so many internal meetings with the director pod as well. I feel like I am constantly on internal calls that provide absolutely no benefit.
