Very challenging role. Quota attainment is inflated from the 12 month ramp that all new hires are on. Very churn and burn.

Used to be a great company to work for, but really lost its way trying to be an enterprise business without the right processes and resources in place. The culture is no longer as good as it was, due to the company becoming more corporate.
